At Workshop, Lessons Of Kindness To Animals

New Delhi. A group of animal lovers at the Don Bosco Technical Institute on Friday highlighted the menace of animal cruelty to society. The event that took place in October of last year became the reason for conducting educational work on animals at the institute.

Last year, students at Don Bosco Technical Institute were caught on camera by a pregnant dog with a baseball bat. In the end, the dog died, and a criminal case was initiated against 4 students of the same institute.

Since the offenders were young and impressionable, a group of citizens along with the institution's management organized a walkout program for the students. The importance of animals was discussed in the session "Animal Welfare - Human Welfare".

The session touched upon the issues related to the famous serial killers who started torturing and killing the dogs participating in rescue operations in Turkey, where the earthquake caused death and destruction, smelling them.

"The common link between serial killers Edmund Keller, Jeffrey Dahmer, Ted Bundy and the Boston Strangler is that their first victims were animals. Animal cruelty led to human cruelty, and every serial killer first applied his deadly skills to animals. Nitoriano's children. Aggressors and Khooni are good examples,” says Ambika Shukla, Director, Sanjay Gandhi Animal Care Center (SGACC).

He added that animals save people in Turkey, as many dogs have been seized to fight against natural disasters.

Delhi University student Arushi Chibar, who helped adopt 40 Indian puppies after the epidemic, asked the students to establish a charitable club with the help of the institute's management. The response was encouraging, with several students showing interest.

At the end of the seminar, the students took an oath to protect animals.

Sophomore Kusum Maurya said it was a good session. "I learned how we can protect animals," she said. Graphic design student Preosha Saini added that with small steps they can play a big role in saving the lives of animals.

The session shows how different animals play important roles in ecosystems. It was also mentioned that mixed dogs suffer from diseases and people should adopt Indian dogs.
