State law requires retail establishments that sell alcohol to allow public access to it. Radio City and the Beacon Theater are also in danger of losing their liquor licenses.
Bloomberg reported that MSG Entertainment has filed a lawsuit against the regulators to retaliate against those affected by the breach.
MSG Entertainment Chairman and CEO James Dolan filed a petition in New York Supreme Court in Manhattan asking the judge to stop the abuse.
