Skrillex and Fred again... and the Four Tets will play Madison Square Garden on Saturday February 18th. The show, announced today (February 15), will be a big celebration of Skrillex's second album, Quest For Fire , which will be released this Friday (February 17) on OWSLA/Atlantic Records.
Tickets for this event go on sale tonight at 1 p.m. The MSG show marks the trio's biggest event together to date, as they launched b2b2b Trio in London last month and followed up last night with a good episode in Brooklyn.
“Had a lot of fun in New York last night with my bros from Tate and Skrillex,” reads an email Fred sent back to the mailing list today…Saturday. Skrillex released the collection today via Instagram.
The show marked a major comeback for dance music during the EDM boom, with sold-out shows amidst the EDM dance scene, including Swedish House Mafia and Jack U's Skrillex project with Diplo. . This weekend's Tate and Fred show will once again be MSG-themed.
