Orchids are both mysterious and amazing and delicate, but they grow in the most difficult conditions on earth." Caroline Tait, Vice President of Horticulture and Collections: “At this year's show, we celebrate the beauty of planted orchids: vibrant colors, intricate patterns and unique shapes.

Orchids live in almost every environment except arid deserts and Antarctica. They are the largest and most diverse of the flowering plant family. Expo 2023 will show them in bright colors. Species such as Phalaenopsis , Dendrobium and Cymbidium have pink, white, purple, orange and yellow. They can be seen in the main hall and the greenhouse.
