Whether it's watching students win prizes for their goats, rabbits or pigs, or purchasing livestock from students, Cy-Fair residents will have plenty to see and do at this year's Cy-Fair ISD Livestock Show.
The 2023 CFISD Livestock Show and Sale returns to the CFISD Exposition Center Thursday, February 2 through Saturday, February 4 and will feature student-bred livestock. Visitors have the opportunity to purchase livestock from students and donate to the Livestock Show Association and Cy-Fair ISD FFA.

The 29th annual judges' show runs Feb. 2 and 3, with sales beginning Feb. 4, according to the federation's website. Saturday begins with a freezer sale and silent auction at 9 a.m., followed by a buyers' luncheon at 11 a.m. and a featured sale and auction at 1 p.m.

Buyers will receive benefits such as their name on an electronic inlay, their photo and name in the bid book for the next two annual events, and a wooden framed photo of the purchase documents engraved with the bid amount. The shopper who spends the highest total will be recognized at a Cy-Fair ISD School Board meeting and will receive a personalized clip.
Pet purchases can also be donated to Boys and Girls Country.
