You'd think the '80s home decor store would be in Funkytown, but it's actually in Lighthouse Point, Florida.
From above, the 4,539-square-foot home at 2601 Northeast 36th Street paints a swirl of blues, lavenders, and nudes. The house has five bedrooms and four bathrooms and is valued at $3.5 million. Details with Wendy Chenot of Team A1A.
Inside, a mix of textures, patterns, and colors for a free and unique feel. Outdoors, a 200-foot dock, saltwater pool, and hot tub provide the perfect setting for outdoor fun. Walls of glass and tufted carpet create a cozy bar area next to the saltwater pool.
Both levels of the house contain a living room and master bedroom, each room with its own color and pattern palette. For example, the kitchen is painted red with patterns in white, black, orange, yellow and light green. The roof is a metal support shield.
Curved walls and cream high-gloss tiles accentuate the periwinkle and celadon colors of the main floor. One of the living areas has a purple and red snakeskin wallpaper on the wall of the yacht, as well as a white, red and purple leather sofa.
The bedroom on the first floor has a mirrored wardrobe, shaggy red carpet, and orange walls. In the bathroom, a colorful vanity, walk-in shower, and full-length mirror give space to get ready for a day at the beach or pool.
The home has two attached parking bays and sits on 27 acres. Crockett and Tubbs were excluded.
