Yoga classes are often offered at hotels and resorts, and some have even added classes involving animals. The addition of friendly beings can bring additional peace and comfort to yoga participants by helping them relax and reminding them of the true meaning of yoga, creating mindfulness and a deeper connection with nature.
In some cases, animals can help balance, relieve pain, anxiety, stress, depression, loss, grief, illness, or injury. In other cases, they can simply bring a smile, uplift and entertain. Train your dog among the many cute creatures at these hotels and resorts, big and small.
